Refund Policy

Our policy is that there are no cancellations allowed on the initial order at any of the membership levels. This is a perishable item that needs to be shipped from Bolivia.

Our policy on canceling monthly, quarterly membership or the renewal of the annual membership?

 If you want to cancel, you must do so by notifying us by email at support@apasionadocoffee.com with at least 30 days notice of the billing date to not be charged. This means if you are monthly subscriber, you will be charged for at least one more month after you request cancellation before this process will be complete.

To provide notice, you must email us at support@apastionadocoffee.com.  Please put "cancel membership" in the subject line of the email and include your full name, gifted name (if applicable), and the reason for canceling your membership.
